After years in the corporate business world, Nick felt like an automaton, a cog in the wheel of the grinding gears of business logistics. He always identified more as a people person but  just felt like he wasn’t a “fit” in the business world and thus, doubted his value. Eventually, Nick learned to commit to his interpersonal lens for the world and use it to instead redefine business for himself. He knew that any business, product or service represented the passion and personality of the person behind it, which influenced and even defined the business itself. Nowadays, Nick works with individuals to help them discover how to express/the social expression of their passions, the message it sends to the world and the connections it/they will form with others as a result in a business setting and beyond.
